Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to join our team. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our guests.

Duties:
Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Create innovative menus and recipes
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines
Collaborate with management to develop seasonal offerings and special event menus
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Prepare the curry base and orders
Train new kitchen employees

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team




Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Understanding of food safety practices and health regulations
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred
