Lead the crew. Own the quality. Shape the standard.
At Axium Power Services, we believe the best field leaders come from the trenches - people who’ve done the work and know what excellence looks like. As a Field Supervisor, you’ll manage crews, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and ensure we’re delivering services that are safe, accurate, and professional.

Mentor junior reps, EETs, EITs, and apprentices in both technical skills and professional conduct
Act as the lead contact on-site, working closely with Project Managers and clients to ensure successful delivery
Participate in resource planning, reporting, and documentation while ensuring test equipment and tooling are ready to go

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of field experience in industrial or utility electrical services
Journeyperson, EIT, CET, or P. Eng designation preferred

Robust leadership instincts and proven communication skills

Why Axium?
