We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as both a clinical and office assistant. Candidates must be upbeat, motivated, self-driven and highly organized. Experience within a healthcare or office setting is not mandatory but is an asset. Candidates must possess solid customer service skills and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities
Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
Process payments, verify insurance coverage, and assist with billing and insurance claims




Coordinate referrals and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers
Assisting practitioners in the delivery of their treatments
Setting up/removing electrotherapies
Health promotion/education

Qualifications
OTA/PTA certificate is not essential but an asset
Reliable/dependable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great time management and multitasking skills
Commitment to quality care and delivery of good service.
