CanadaHelps is seeking a full time Instructional Designer & Writer to own CHE customer-facing documentation, training, and enablement for the CanadaHelps platform, including Ensemble. The role ensures teams and charity admins have accurate, current information through well-managed content, AI knowledge, and scalable self-service resources.

This 12-month maternity leave contract is remote but may require in-office collaboration in Toronto for team activities.
