Responsibilities
Thoroughly wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial-grade cleaning tools and techniques
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet sanitation standards
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff during busy service hours
Organize and store clean items properly for easy access by the culinary team
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation
Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by disposing of waste and recycling appropriately




Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours and special events

Qualifications
Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments is highly desirable
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling safety regulations
Experience with kitchen equipment, dishwashers, or food preparation tools is a plus
