This position entails working on job sites completing mould remediation and restoration projects as well as other construction and building mainenance type work. The preferred candidate will be personable, self motivated and have valuable problem solving skills . At the miniumum the candidate must have basic construction skills however please note in detail your competence with skills such as painting, drywall taping and mudding, as well as any carpentry or plumbing skills possesed.
