Duties
Assist client with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and well-being
Provide patient care including medication administration, and health monitoring in accordance with care plans
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Support the client with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure safety during transfers and movement
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a clean and secure living environment
Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation




Document care activities accurately and communicate any changes in client condition to supervising healthcare professionals

Experience
Prior assisted living or home care experience is highly valued, especially in senior care or hospice settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia enhances your ability to deliver specialized support
Background in nursing home environments or caregiving roles demonstrates your commitment to patient-centered care
Familiarity with medication administration, nursing procedures, and health monitoring is preferred
Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor are key qualities for success in this role
