MaplXpress is looking for one hands-on technician to join our fully equipped, operational workshop in Mississauga. This prospect suits a self-motivated person interested in a commission-based arrangement or potential working partnership.

Main responsibilities:
Install dashcams and route wiring neatly and safely.
Change, mount and balance tires.
Handle customer vehicles carefully and keep the workshop organized.
Coordinate bookings and help manage daily workshop activities.

Auto detailing and window tinting experience would be an advantage.

Our workshop is ready to operate, with tire-changing machines, a hoist, detailing equipment and workshop tools. Due to unavoidable personal commitments, the owner cannot dedicate sufficient time to the shop and is seeking a reliable working partner to help run and grow the business.

Requirements:




Practical experience in dashcam installation and tire work.
Reliable, responsible and comfortable dealing with customers.
Ability to work independently.
Authorized to work in Canada.

Newcomers with relevant hands-on experience are welcome to apply.

Compensation: Commission or profit-sharing arrangement, with a potential working partnership. Terms will be discussed and agreed before starting.
