Responsibilities
Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards
Provide expert medication counseling to patients and healthcare providers, explaining drug interactions, side effects, and proper usage
Collaborate with medical staff to develop and review patient treatment plans, especially in hospital or acute care settings
Maintain thorough documentation of medication administration, patient records, and pharmacy activities
Monitor inventory levels of pharmaceuticals, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage conditions




Educate patients on medication adherence, safety protocols, and health management strategies
Stay current with evolving medical terminology, pharmaceutical regulations, and best practices in patient care

Experience
Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a hospital or acute care setting is highly preferred
Robust background in pediatrics and patient-centered care approaches
Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology relevant to pharmacy practice
Experience with medication administration protocols within clinical settings
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
