Job Summary
We are a rapidly growing construction and renovation company with a strong reputation for quality work and professional service. As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a full-time Skilled Handyman / Labourer to join our team. Duties
General carpentry: framing, repairs, and finish work
Drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding
Caulking for joints, trims, windows, and finishing details
Baseboard and trim installation with precision
Painting: prep, prime, and finish coats (interior and exterior)
Install various types of flooring (laminate, vinyl, hardwood)
Perform touch-ups and final detailing (paint, drywall compound, caulking)
Lift and carry heavy materials and tools
Keep a secure and clean worksite at all times
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
Communicate effectively with crew and clients




Adapt to a variety of indoor and outdoor job site conditions

Requirements
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is mandatory.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Willingness to learn current skills and take on different responsibilities as needed.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to project timelines.
Ability to lead and own the task from start to finish.
