Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Asphalt Seal Coating (Commission Only)

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help grow our asphalt seal coating business. This is a field sales position focused on generating and closing sales directly at residential properties. Representatives will be responsible for approaching homeowners, explaining the benefits of asphalt seal coating, providing estimates, and securing signed agreements on the spot.

Responsibilities
Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door.
Speak with homeowners and educate them on the benefits of asphalt seal coating.
Generate leads and close sales during the initial visit whenever possible.
Provide pricing and service information.
Collect customer information and signed service agreements.
Maintain a qualified appearance and positive attitude while representing the company.
Track daily sales activities and results.

Compensation
100% Commission-Based
No hourly wage or salary.




Earn a percentage of every completed sale you generate.
Unlimited earning potential with top performers earning significantly more based on effort and results.
Performance bonuses may be available for high achievers.

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Reliable transportation is preferred but not required depending on territory.
Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
