We are seeking a dedicated Production Line Operator to join our manufacturing team in the food processing industry. This role involves operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient, protected, and high-quality food product manufacturing. Responsibilities
Operate packaging machinery and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient food product packaging
Monitor production processes, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
Conduct routine sanitation of equipment and work areas to comply with food safety regulations
Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products using forklifts when necessary
Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a protected working environment
Record production data accurately, including quantities produced and any issues encountered




Support adherence to food safety standards by inspecting products for quality and consistency
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow efficiency

Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing or food processing environments is preferred
Knowledge of packaging techniques and machinery operation
Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with sanitation practices within the food industry
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, quantities, and recording data
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
