Job Title: Workday Finance Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Functional Consultant to support, configure, and enhance Workday Financial Management modules. The role involves working closely with finance and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, improve processes, and ensure productive system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and support Workday Financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Expenses, and Asset Management
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
Support end-to-end implementation, system enhancements, and upgrades
Perform unit testing, support UAT, and ensure successful deployments
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing user support
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with financial processes




Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external partners
Prepare functional documentation, reports, and user guides

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in Workday Financials
Solid hands-on experience in Workday Finance configuration and support
Good understanding of finance and accounting principles
Experience with Workday reporting (standard and custom reports)
Knowledge of integrations (EIB; Workday Studio is an added advantage)
Ability to work on implementations, enhancements, and support projects
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working with stakeholders and managing requirements

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
