Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our growing team. As a Customer Service / Cashier & Kitchen Staff, you will play a key role in delivering a great guest experience, whether at the front counter or in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, effective service
Take orders, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately
Prepare and assemble food items following quality and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front and back of house
Ensure orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
Handle customer questions or concerns professionally
Support team members during busy periods

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is an asset
Strong communication skills in English
Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions




Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Basic math skills and attention to detail

Job Details

Contract Length: 12 months
Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
