As the Concierge at Redbridge, you are the primary on-site representative. Acting as the vital link between Strata Management and daily operations, you will maintain a safe, premium, and seamless living environment through proactive stewardship, excellent resident relations, and vigilant facility oversight.

This position requires a self-motivated, highly organized skilled who works well independently and demonstrates strong initiative.

Job Responsibilites
Perform twice-daily walkthroughs of parkades, lobbies, hallways, and amenities. Identify and document maintenance needs (leaks, lighting, doors).
Conduct daily pool and spa safety/chemistry checks per BC Health Guidelines.
Compile and submit detailed daily shift reports to Strata Management outlining site activities, completed tasks, incidents, and maintenance updates.
Serve as the main, visible point of contact for resident inquiries.
Manage amenity and guest suite bookings.
Oversee move-ins/outs and manage the Snaile parcel locker system.
Conduct regular access checks across all perimeter gates and emergency exits.
Monitor common areas for bylaw infractions and handle issues using calm conflict resolution.




Program key fobs and handle CCTV review requests following Strata protocols.
Act as the primary on-site lead for emergencies (fire, flood, elevator entrapments) with emergency services and trades.

Skills and Qualities
Robust ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
Excellent written skills for detailed reporting, alongside exceptional interpersonal skills focused on tact and professional conflict resolution.
Comfortable with digital access systems, parcel locker platforms, and standard office software/reporting tools.
Background in property management, high-end hospitality, or residential concierge roles preferred. Pool Operator certification is an asset.

Schedule

Friday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, (With room for schedule flexibility when required).
