Flexalighting North America designs and manufactures architectural lighting. We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer with excellent Adobe skills and hands-on social media experience to help present our products, share our projects and strengthen our brand.

You’ll work closely with our product and sales teams to create polished materials for architects, lighting designers and other design specialists. You’ll also coordinate with colleagues in Italy from time to time on project-specific work.

What you’ll do
Design product literature, specification sheets, brochures, presentations and other sales materials.
Create graphics and content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including project features and product introductions.
Manage the social media calendar, write captions, publish content and track results.
Develop visuals for product launches, email campaigns and events.
Maintain consistent branding across print and digital materials.
Prepare accurate, production-ready files and keep design assets organized.
Coordinate briefs, assets and deadlines with our Italian team as required for specific projects.

What you’ll bring
At least three years of skilled graphic design experience.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.



Strong Adobe skills are essential.
A strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, image editing and attention to detail across print and digital work.
Experience creating content and managing social media accounts for a business.
Strong writing and communication skills.
The ability to take projects from concept to completion independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
A degree or diploma in graphic design, or equivalent skilled experience.

Additional assets
Proficiency in CAD and/or 3D modelling.
Experience with photography, short-form video or motion graphics.
An interest in architecture, interiors or lighting.
