We're looking for a Bodyshop Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Fix Auto Central Pickering, part of the Boyer Auto Group, a family-owned business serving the community for over 40 years.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the repair process with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and over the phone in a friendly, professional manner.
Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and final delivery of completed vehicles.
Guide customers through the collision repair process, explaining timelines, insurance procedures, and repair expectations.
