Duties
Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout each shift
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and basic food handling
Support the kitchen team by ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are available and properly cleaned for food service
Follow proper waste disposal procedures and recycling protocols to promote sustainability
Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times




Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality workplace is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, food handling, and sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving heavy items safely
Knowledge of kitchen operations, including basic cooking or food preparation skills, is a plus
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with hospitality or hotel experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory

Pay: $17.40-$17.60 per hour
