Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of food service operations. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional guest experiences while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and communication with kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties including cash handling and processing payments
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations
Ensure guest needs are met promptly,



addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; knowledge of the food industry is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards required for serving food safely
Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately
Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a hospitality setting
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed; hospitality experience is beneficial but not mandatory
