Job Summary

Looking for someone with basic to intermediate painting skills that is also willing to help the team in the demo and construction on active renovation work sites.

We all chip in and do what needs to get done on the daily.

Max 40 hrs/week, No overtime

Responsibilities:

Responsible for general site labour, painting, furniture assembly, mirror and accessory installation, material handling, deficiency corrections, and supporting renovation activities in an occupied hotel workplace. Must be capable of working independently and completing a wide range of construction and finishing tasks with minimal supervision.

Skills
Construction experience with a focus on painting or restoration projects
knowledge of construction painting techniques for residential, commercial, and industrial settings
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools,



scaffolding, rigging equipment, and other construction hardware
Experience with caulking, surface preparation, and finishing techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy work setting
Valuable communication skills for collaborating with team members.
Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights or with power tools

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
