Role Overview

● We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive assistant to support both e-commerce operations and in-store (retail) sales.

● This role bridges online and offline revenue, with strong growth potential into an operations role.

Responsibilities

Daily Operations

● Assist with daily business operations

● Coordinate projects and schedules

E-commerce

● Process online orders

● Pick, pack and ship products

● Manage inventory

● Update Shopify products

● Handle customer inquiries

Marketing

● Create marketing content

● Manage Facebook

● Manage TikTok

● Manage Xiaohongshu (RED)

● Manage Instagram

● Help with email marketing

Social Media

● Short video creation

● Photography

● Product promotion

● Community engagement

Administrative

● Document preparation

● Vendor communication

● Event coordination

● Coordinate projects and schedules

● Support the CEO and management team

Requirements





● Strong execution and attention to detail

● Valuable communication and customer service skills

● Basic Excel and data awareness

● Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, etc.)

Nice to have:

● Retail or sales experience

● Interest in golf or the sports industry

Education:

● Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

● E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

● Mandarin and English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Winnipeg, MB R3P 1B9

Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
