Job Title: Production Planner ÔÇô Temp-to-Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to support production scheduling, material planning, and operational coordination within a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and maintain production schedules based on demand and capacity.
Coordinate materials, resources, and production requirements.
Monitor production progress and resolve planning-related issues.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support inventory, forecasting, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
3ÔÇô5 years of experience in production planning/scheduling.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
