Shift Supervisor required for Wendy's Restaurant in Quesnel, BC

Duties:
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Train and supervise staff members to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant performance
Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training recent employees
Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
Previous experience in food service, bartending, or restaurant management is preferred
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant software
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations




Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
