Warehouse Associate — Job Description & Duties

Responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing electrical and industrial products for customer orders and deliveries. This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and heavy lifting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Load and unload trucks, pallets, boxes, and various warehouse materials.
Safely lift, carry, move, and stack heavy items and materials, sometimes weighing 50 lbs or more.
Operate pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
Organize products and maintain clean, protected, and well-arranged storage areas.
Locate products and verify quantities against orders and shipping documents.
Prepare orders for pickup, delivery, and shipment.
Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product organization.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures when handling heavy or bulky materials.




Maintain accurate warehouse records and report damaged or missing products.
Assist coworkers and delivery personnel with loading and unloading activities.
Perform general warehouse housekeeping and keep work areas free of hazards.
Perform other physically demanding warehouse duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Ability to perform heavy physical work throughout the shift.
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials.
Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 lbs or more, as required.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working in different warehouse areas.
Ability to safely handle large, long, bulky, or awkward materials.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced warehouse setting while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
