Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The position offers opportunities to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant operations within a quick-paced workplace. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; a strong work ethic and enthusiasm are essential.

Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly service
Manage cashier responsibilities, including processing payments and giving correct change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers both in-house and take-out




Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols diligently

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic setting
Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
