Junk Removal Crew Leader / Driver / Laborer

Responsibilities:
Drive company truck to job sites and ensure safe operation
Lead a team to complete junk removal jobs efficiently and professionally
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Lift, load, and transport various items, including heavy furniture and appliances
Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
Process payments and complete job documentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck and equipment

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record




Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Solid leadership skills and ability to manage a small team
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a rapid-paced environment
Previous junk removal, moving, or general labor experience is a plus
