We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our supply chain team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the accuracy of demand forecasts, ensuring that production and inventory levels align seamlessly with market needs.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using advanced forecasting tools and statistical models.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, manufacturing, and logistics teams to gather insights and refine demand plans.
Utilize ERP systems to analyze historical data, identify trends, and generate actionable forecasts.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production schedules to balance supply with anticipated demand in a versatile seasonal business
Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve forecast accuracy.
Continuously review and adjust demand plans based on market changes, promotional activities, or supply chain disruptions.

Experience




Proven experience in demand planning within a manufacturing or supply chain setting.
Experience working in a wholesale business allocating product to dealer locations, managing through the cyclic nature of our product sales
Strong proficiency in ERP systems for demand forecasting
Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including inventory management, product distribution to dealer network, and logistics coordination.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable plans.
