Duties
Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door
Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and coordinate patient communication
Verify patient insurance information and update electronic medical records using dental practice management software such as Dentrix and Epic
Prepare and organize patient charts, treatment plans, and billing information with precision and attention to detail
Handle administrative tasks including appointment reminders, check-in/check-out procedures, and processing payments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols




Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and support office operations

Experience
Prior experience working as a Dental Receptionist or in a busy dental or medical office environment is highly preferred
Proficiency with Dentrix dental practice management software, Epic electronic health records system, and familiarity with Medical terminology is advantageous
Robust knowledge of office procedures including multi-line phone systems, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and insurance providers
Previous experience in a rapid-paced office setting that requires multitasking and organizational excellence

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
