Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling with precision and integrity
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas including dining spaces, counters, and kitchen stations
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to ensure timely service and quality standards are met
Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar transaction platforms
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations
Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
Experience in serving, cashiering, or kitchen operations is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
