WE ARE HIRING - Construction Estimator

Vancouver, BC | Full-time

Amini Construction Inc. is a Vancouver general contractor that focuses on residential renovations and commercial tenant improvements. We're a quick-moving team and need an experienced full-time estimator to help us win the right work at the right price.

Responsibilities:
Do quantity takeoffs and build detailed and accurate estimates from drawings and specs
Request and compare subtrade and supplier quotes, and assemble complete bids
Prepare early-stage budgets and tender submissions
Visit sites across Greater Vancouver to check existing conditions and scope
Hand estimates off to our PMs and track actual costs against what we estimated

Requirements:
At least 5 years of construction estimating experience
You must live in Greater Vancouver. We are not considering remote or relocation applicants.
Valid BC driver's licence and your own vehicle
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Lower Mainland subtrade pricing
Comfortable with takeoff software and Excel




Organized and accurate, and able to handle numerous bids at once
