Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across various systems to provide a secure, comfortable, and well-maintained setting for guests and staff.

Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building infrastructure
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
Coordinate with hotel management to prioritize maintenance requests and projects
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
Assist in planning long-term facility upgrades or renovations

This position is integral to maintaining the high standards of our hotel facilities, ensuring safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction through expert maintenance practices.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
