What You’ll Be Doing:
Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
Managing reservations and walk-ins (experience with OpenTable or Resy is a must)
Answering calls and confirming bookings
Keeping the host station organized, clean, and running smoothly
Creating a welcoming and memorable first experience for every guest

What We’re Looking For:
2yrs of hosting experience
Reliable, friendly, and team-player
Comfortable in a high-volume setting
Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
