Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Support patients with mobility or transfer needs using proper techniques and equipment to ensure safety during movement




Observe and report any changes in health status or behavior to healthcare professionals or family members promptly

Skills
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly valued
Strong patient care skills with an understanding of dementia, hospice, or disability-related needs
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for patient transfers or mobility assistance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients of all ages and backgrounds
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is advantageous
Capable of maintaining cleanliness standards through effective cleaning routines
