Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth flow of guests and timely seating
Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, providing information or assistance as needed
Assist guests with special requests or inquiries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas to uphold a welcoming atmosphere




Support the team during busy periods by managing waitlists and communicating wait times clearly
Assist guests with questions, seating, and VIP booth inquiries.
Work closely with bartenders, security, and management to provide excellent customer service.

Skills
Robust guest services and customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Previous experience in serving, hospitality, or food service settings preferred
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Professional phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries
19 years of age or older.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
