Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Packer to join our food manufacturing team. This role involves packaging granola bars in a fast-paced production setting with elevated temperatures. The ideal candidate is physically fit, attentive to food safety standards, and able to work long shifts while maintaining high productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Package granola bar products according to company specifications and food safety standards
Operate packaging machinery and assist with minor troubleshooting when required
Use forklifts to move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods within the facility
Follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to maintain a secure food processing environment
Perform quality checks to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and product integrity
Record production quantities accurately using basic math and documentation skills




Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a hot production environment
Requires standing for long periods and handling repetitive tasks
Long working hours and shift flexibility may be required

Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in food packing or manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to safely operate forklifts (certification is an asset)
Basic math and record-keeping skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Excellent attention to detail and reliability
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.95 per hour
