Duties
Source candidates through multiple channels including social media management, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and job banks.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit
Manage the candidate pipeline
Support recruitment initiatives by engaging attending career fairs
Provide administrative support in the recruitment process
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience and effective talent management

Qualifications
Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment trends




Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences with excellent interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS platforms
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills
Post secondary degree in business, communications or related field
