We are a growing local cleaning company providing skilled residential and commercial cleaning services in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented independent cleaning contractors to work with our company on a subcontractor basis.

The Opportunity

As a cleaning subcontractor, you will complete cleaning assignments for our clients while operating as an independent contractor. This is a adaptable opportunity for experienced cleaners or individuals who are looking to grow their own cleaning business while receiving cleaning opportunities through our company.

Responsibilities
Complete residential and/or commercial cleaning jobs to a high standard
Follow the cleaning requirements and instructions provided for each job
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas as required
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and remove garbage
Arrive on time and complete jobs within the agreed-upon timeframe
Communicate professionally with clients and the company
Report any issues, damages, or special client requests
Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients

Requirements
Previous cleaning experience is an asset
Reliable and punctual




Strong attention to detail
Good communication and customer-service skills
Able to work independently
Reliable transportation to and from job locations
Ability to provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies, if required
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Transportation & Travel
Having access to a reliable vehicle is an asset but not required.
Applicants without a vehicle are welcome to apply.
Travel time between assigned jobs will be paid.
Transportation arrangements and travel expectations will be discussed during the hiring process.

This is an independent contractor/subcontractor position, not an employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance and other business-related expenses, as applicable.
