Job Summary:

We are seeking a energetic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Duties:
Assist in recruiting, training development, and mentoring team members
Provide leadership and support to staff
Provide superior customer service
Drive retail sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement
Perform clerk duties as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Handle administrative tasks efficiently
Assist in payroll management

Requirements:
Proven experience in a retail environment
Solid leadership and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities




Knowledge of mentoring practices

-Class 5 license

-Clean criminal record check
