Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming setting in residential settings. This role requires excellent organizational skills, solid communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in hospitality or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in English is required. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ homes are comfortable and well-maintained.

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of hotel spaces, including Guest rooms, bathrooms, and living areas
Assist laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household essentials, restocking as necessary
Organize and manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled hours
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction




Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and preferences
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all areas of the home
Follow safety protocols and maintain a qualified appearance at all times

Requirements
Fluency in English
Prior experience in hospitality services preferred
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
Ability to perform cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently
Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Ability to handle laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
Reliable transportation or access to reliable transportation for commuting purposes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour
