NCDSB in Timmins, ON is seeking a Human Resources Officer to provide support across HR functions, including disability and attendance support, employee wellness, health and safety, recruitment, and reporting.

The role involves working with employees on illness or injury cases, including return to work processes, and advising on compliance with collective agreements, contracts and legislation. WSIB processes will be implemented, and training programs developed.
