Buildback Studio Inc. is hiring a Business Development Manager to help grow our construction and property restoration business. We’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and turn introductions into lasting business partnerships.

The Role

You’ll work directly with Buildback’s leadership and project team to develop recent business, strengthen referral relationships, and keep prospects moving from first contact through to awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, restoration companies, property managers, commercial clients, and other referral partners.
Identify and pursue opportunities for repairs, renovations, reconstruction, and restoration work.
Arrange meetings, introduce Buildback’s services, and follow up consistently.
Support vendor onboarding and preferred contractor applications.
Coordinate with estimating and project management teams to prepare proposals and respond to client needs.
Track leads, proposals, follow-ups, and awarded work in a CRM.




Attend networking events, industry meetings, and client visits.
Work with leadership to set business development targets and report on results.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within construction, restoration, insurance, or property management.
A track record of building relationships and securing new business.
Robust communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
An organized, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.
An understanding of construction and restoration project processes.
Comfort using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel for meetings and site visits.

An established network in Southwestern Ontario’s construction, restoration, or insurance industry would be an asset.
