Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer and Cladder to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems and cladding materials on a variety of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will help ensure structures are weatherproof, durable, and visually appealing. Duties
Measure, cut, and install roofing materials such as shingles, metal panels, or membrane systems using hand tools and power tools
Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute roofing and cladding designs
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, sealing, and applying weatherproofing materials to ensure long-lasting results
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate productive installation processes
Use carpentry skills to frame or support roofing structures as needed for complex projects




Conduct inspections during and after installation to verify quality standards are met
Maintain a clean worksite by organizing tools, disposing of debris responsibly, and adhering to safety protocols

Experience
Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing or cladding projects
Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and caulking guns
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
Prior handyman or carpentry experience is highly desirable
Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights in various weather conditions
Familiarity with safety procedures related to roofing work is essential
