Job Overview

The Ideal Candidate:

One minute, you’re responding to a parts inquiries, stocking and organizing shelves, accepting a payment, and helping customers with retail purchases. The next minute, you’re answering the phone, greeting another customer who walks in the door, receiving a recent parts order, and phoning a customer to tell them their parts are in.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is motivated, organized, detail oriented and has a real interest in the farming and industrial industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
Assist service technicians with parts lookups.
Check incoming shipments from suppliers and put inventory in appropriate locations.
Pick orders and prepare orders for shipping.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Other Parts Department related tasks as directed by Parts Manager.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of farm equipment and parts would be an asset.
Strong communication and customer relations skills




Robust math and reading comprehension skills
General understanding of various functions of a distribution center
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to use a forklift or willingness to be certified within 90 days of hire
Warehouse experience and material handling equipment experience preferred
Computer-literate with the ability to learn and become proficient in any software program
High school diploma or equivalent degree preferred
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
