As a Customer Service Representative (Motivator), you will be the first impression for Members and Potential Members at Valuable Life Fitness Clubs. Your responsibilities include greeting individuals, answering calls, and assisting with fitness inquiries.

You will also need a thorough understanding of memberships and club services to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet Members and check them in efficiently
Handle incoming calls within three rings
Provide guidance on fitness equipment like Fit Fix and Cardio machines
Answer questions and resolve issues for Members
Maintain cleanliness and assist with club runs

Requirements:
CPR-A and AED Certification required
Smart Tan certification within 3 months
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent communication abilities
Previous experience in customer service preferred
