Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas with precision and care
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness logs and document completed tasks accurately

Qualifications




Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols
Solid attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
