Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking Dialysis RN for a travel/contractposition in Belleville, IL. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

ContractLength: 10 to 12+ weeks with possible extensions. Accepting both local and travel Candidates

Pay Rate:Range $2200 to $2280 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxabletravel/housing and M&I; stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Dialysis

Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 4 shifts per week, Mon-Fri with one day off during the week. No weekends, No Call. Holidays as needed

Position Requirements:

- Registered Nurse: 1+ years - Required

- Dialysis Nursing experience:Recent/Current 1+ years – Required

- Recent/current Geriatric patient population experience - Required

- NXState Dialysis Machine experience - Required

- CNN or CDN Certification - Preferred

- Crown Web EMR experience – Highlypreferred

- Prior Travel Nursing experience –Highly preferred





Education, Licenseand Certification Requirements:

- ASN or an equivalent – Required

- BSN or an equivalent – Highlypreferred

- RN License for State of IL - Required

- BLS Certifications from AHA- Required

- CNN or CDN Certification - Preferred

- Copy of active/valid driver's license - Required

Job Description:

- Provide nursing care for dialysis patients

- Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and dedicatedNephrologists

- Collects and records relevant patient health data in the courseof/pre/post hemodialysis treatment

- Develops and maintains a plan of care that describes interventions toattain expected outcomes

- Implements and records interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR

- Performs laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures andreschedules missed or inadequate laboratory collections

- Maintains a positive and respectful attitude to all patients andcolleagues

- Medication administration and documentation
