About us Another World VR is a free-roam virtual reality arena in Aldergrove, BC, where groups, families, birthday parties, schools and corporate teams play together in immersive VR experiences. We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member to join our weekday crew. Growth opportunity This is an entry-level position with full paid training. As you build your skills, you can advance to running game sessions on your own and then to a senior key holder role, where you lead shifts, open and close the facility, and help train current team members. Each step up comes with a pay increase. Responsibilities - Deliver friendly, skilled service from check-in to checkout - Prepare, brief, run and reset VR game sessions, putting player safety first - Fit and support players with VR equipment, and handle basic troubleshooting - Check guests in, confirm waivers, process payments and keep customer records up to date in our CRM - Support birthday parties, school groups and corporate events - Capture guest photos and videos, and encourage reviews - Keep the game zones, lounge,



reception, washrooms and equipment clean, charged and ready for guests - Help with opening, closing and restocking Requirements - Available for weekday shifts (Monday to Friday) year-round, including daytimes - Excellent communication skills, and comfortable working with children, parents and groups - Reliable, punctual and a team player - Comfortable with technology.
