Job Summary

Marsden Construction are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects in office. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, ensure safety compliance, manage subcontractors and team members, and uphold the highest standards of quality. Your proactive leadership will drive project efficiency, adherence to schedules, and budget control, all while fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work workplace.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project milestones and resolve on-site issues promptly
Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols, quality control standards, and adherence to schematics and blueprints
Review construction drawings and schematics for accuracy; assist in interpreting technical documents for team members
Manage on-site budgeting tasks including resource allocation, cost tracking, and change order documentation
Lead quality assurance efforts by inspecting work for compliance with codes, standards,



and client expectations
Oversee the training and supervision of onsite personnel to promote a productive work environment

Experience
Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects
Extensive construction experience with a strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
Experience with construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms an asset
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures within the construction industry
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
Post-secondary diploma in construction
Valid Class G driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
