Encore Global seeks a full time in office AV Technician to manage setup, operation, and breakdown of audio-visual equipment for events in hotel/convention settings.

You will troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, mentor staff, and ensure world-class service while building strong client relationships. This role requires 3–5 years AV and hospitality experience, a Bachelor’s preferred, and Technical 1-Star Certification within 60 days; in office work includes irregular hours and travel between venues.
