As a Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in making holiday shopping memorable. This in office position requires serving customers with efficiency using the POS/Cash system, and you’ll also support our Spirit of Sustainability campaign. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for inventory management, ensuring a clean store setting, and face-up products on shelves.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate POS system for customer transactions
• Ask for donations for sustainability initiatives
• Participate in customer experience surveys
• Receive and stock inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized store workplace
Requirements:
• Available evenings and weekends during the holiday
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally permitted to work in Canada
• Bilingual in English and French is a bonus
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
